On October 31, Toulouse-based property company Caso Patrimoine, managed by sisters Caroline and Sophie Monné, acquired the building at 28 Allées Jean Jaurès in Toulouse. This building housed a Flunch restaurant until January 2019. It was sold following a call for tenders by Selas Egide, a company appointed following the liquidation by a court judgment of the SCI that managed the assets.
