Like many asset management companies, La Française REM is facing major liquidity challenges after a 2023 year in which net inflows to its SCPIs amounted to just €11 million. We have around €780 million in SCPI units on the backlog, roughly a third of the market for units on the backlog, even though our capitalization only represents around 15% of the market," explains Philippe Depoux, Chairman of La Française REM.
