CBRE has promoted Daniel White to the position of regional head of flex advisory, expanding his remit to cover the North of England and Scotland.
White previously led CBRE’s flex advisory activity in the Midlands and South West, which he retains following his promotion.
He has been with the firm since 2021, according to his LinkedIn profile, and had a 10-month spell with CBRE as head of flexible workspace Midlands between 2019-20.
"White will drive the growth and integration of these services across regional markets, while maintaining a dotted-line connection into [our] UK Flex leadership team in London, which oversees the national platform," CBRE added.
White said in a statement: "This is an exciting time for the flex sector as demand continues to grow across the UK. I look forward to supporting our regional teams and clients with a joined‑up flex advisory offer that reflects the needs of occupiers, operators and landlords.”
John Ogden, head of UK regional markets at CBRE, added: "Dan has played a pivotal role in strengthening our flex advisory presence. His promotion reflects his leadership and the increasing strategic importance of flex across UK cities."
