Lincoln adds investment director; Radco names president; Selig chooses chief operating officer

New hires, promotions and other personnel changes

Dallas-based global investment and development firm Lincoln Property Co. appointed Cubby Sporrong as a managing director in its investment management practice. Sporrong, based in Los Angeles, brings more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate finance, acquisitions and development.

Sporrong joined the company from TPG Angelo Gordon, where she served on the real estate private equity team and co-led acquisitions and asset management for transactions across the West Coast. She began her career in investment sales at Eastdil Secured.

Development firm Radco Cos. promoted Lisa Hurd to president. The Atlanta-based company said Hurd will continue to serve as chief investment officer and will also assume the role of CEO of its Radco Living division focused on multifamily properties. As CIO, Hurd oversees all of the firm’s national investment activities, including acquisitions, financing and investor relations.

Atlanta-based commercial investment firm Selig Enterprises promoted Malloy Peterson to chief operating officer. Peterson joined the firm in 2017 and previously served as senior vice president, leading several large developments in the Atlanta region. She held earlier roles at development firm Carter, ChoicePoint and Morgan Stanley. The company said Peterson will oversee Selig’s operations including development, investment, recruitment and worker retention.

Cresa entered the Nashville, Tennessee, market with the hiring of real estate veteran Bill Buntyn as a principal. The company said Buntyn will work to expand its Nashville real estate services team while also representing occupier clients across the U.S. Buntyn joined Cresa from Colliers, where he served as a senior vice president in the firm’s logistics and transportation services practice.

Global architecture and design firm HKS said it expanded its Denver team with the addition of Jarrett Andrés Hardy as a designer in its sports and commercial mixed-use practices. Hardy held earlier roles at design firms Beck Group and Studio NYL.

Northmarq hired Jamie Butler as a managing director and Jason McFadden as a senior vice president as the real estate services firm expands its debt and equity team in Washington, D.C. Butler brings more than 20 years of experience, having previously led the capital markets teams at Walker & Dunlop and CBRE. McFadden joined Northmarq after 12 years at Walker & Dunlop, where he most recently served on its debt and equity structured finance team.

Core5 Industrial Partners promoted several longtime employees as part of efforts to expand its nationwide development and investment business. The Atlanta-based company said Lydia Chase is now vice president of investments, Kelsey Stone is vice president of finance and Steven Ridges is director of asset management. Anthony Armbruster was promoted to investment manager and John Bennett to finance manager.

Ackerman & Co. said it expanded its capital markets practice with the hiring of Charles Pledger to lead a new investment sales division that will provide services across multiple property types. Pledger brings more than 20 years of experience, most recently with Sands Investment Group after prior executive roles at Newmark Knight Frank and NAI Brannen Goddard.

Atlanta-based Ackerman said the new division also hired Nick Stockton, formerly with AiCRE Partners; and Craig Taylor, formerly with CBRE, as senior vice presidents. The new team also includes vice presidents Ryan Ball, Thomas Farr Jr. and W. Taylor Wagner. Associates Lawson Hull and Dade Stewart, who recently joined the investment sales team, are supporting brokerage efforts through market research and client development initiatives.
