Carlton Advisory Services Hires Miller

Michael Miller Comes on To Head Investment Sales Group

Michael Miller, a real estate veteran who has been responsible for the development of more than 150 properties, including office towers, multifamily properties, retail strips, shopping malls and industrial properties, was named managing director of the investment sales division of Carlton Advisory Services. During a career that spans three decades, Miller has built 35 million square feet of shopping centers and has orchestrated the acquisition of such high-profile Manhattan office properties as 1776 Broadway and 56 Beaver St. In addition to arranging prospective equity alliances, Miller will be instrumental in determining opportunistic investments, structuring the deals and shaping appropriate partnerships. The former executive vice president of Goodrich Realty & Development Group Inc., a real estate investment trust, and Real Estate Equities Corp., he is considered an expert on investment sales in retail environments, in particular, and is a frequent guest lecturer for the International Council of Shopping Centers. Carlton Advisory Services Inc. is a national real estate advisory firm prominent in debt and equity placement, investment sales, and commercial and residential loan sales.
