Retail property consultancy, Harper Dennis Hobbs has announced a number of promotions. Among the advancements at HDH, Toby Smith has become an executive director. Smith has been with the business for 13 years and advises on rent reviews, lease renewals, restructuring, acquisitions and disposals on behalf of retailers and business space operators throughout the UK, as well as providing consultancy advice on investment transactions.
