ISS North America, a global manager of commercial facilities such as airports, laboratories, food service operations and manufacturing plants, promoted Wendy Funkhouser to division president of its West region operations. The company said Funkhouser, based in Los Angeles, will oversee operations at 80 client sites throughout the Western U.S. and collaborate with ISS' technology, culinary and other facility teams. She brings 30 years of experience in workplace hospitality, food service and related operations, having most recently served as head of customer care after prior leadership roles at ISS and its culinary division Guckenheimer.

Grey McCarthy joined Cushman & Wakefield as a director in its office tenant advisory group. Based in Atlanta, McCarthy joined the firm from CBRE, where he served in the occupier advisory practice after earlier work in the firm's financial consulting group.
