Industrial property specialist Tritax has promoted Eleanor Gumpel to associate director, fund management.

Gumpel joined Tritax in 2023 as assistant fund manager across its private markets capabilities, including the Airport Industrial Property Unit Trust portfolio.

She was part of a triple hire made by the group along with fund manager Nick Ireland and Dominic Moore, senior asset manager, to manage the 2.5-million-square-foot portfolio.

It then became the Tritax London Logistics Fund in June 2025, with a focus on multilet industrial estates, last-mile logistics and mid-box clusters.

Gumpel announced the appointment on LinkedIn earlier this month.

Gumpel said in the post: "It continues to be a pleasure to work at Tritax on the London Logistics Fund, for which we raised [more than] £300 million in H2 2025 and finished the year as the top performing fund."

She is a chartered surveyor and previously worked in the Central London and international investment department at Savills, with a focus on the acquisition and disposal of commercial assets.

Earlier this month, Tritax London Logistics Fund secured £110 million of additional equity commitments from an "internationally recognised investor base". It includes a first £100 million commitment from an undisclosed global multi-manager on behalf of an Australian super fund.
