Westmount Realty Capital appointed Mike Demperio as director of development, based in the firm’s Atlanta office. With more than five decades of experience dealing with industrial real estate, development and brokerage, he has worked on over 100 million square feet of industrial projects across the country with a combined value exceeding $4 billion.
Demperio previously served as executive vice president at CRG, where he helped bring e-commerce giant Amazon to the Cubes at Bridgeport, a major industrial park southwest of Atlanta. He has held roles at Coldwell Banker and CBRE, where he launched the firm’s Global Logistics practice. He later opened and led the Atlanta office for Panattoni Development. His hiring will support Westmount’s ongoing expansion across the Southeast, the company said.
SRS Real Estate Partners added Neill Kelly as a senior vice president and managing principal and Benjamin Gould as a vice president on the firm's national retail team The pair, based in the SRS New York City office, will boost the company's restructuring and dispositions capability, the brokerage said. Kelly and Gould joined SRS from CBRE, where Kelly led the firm’s North American Occupier Restructuring and Disposition platform. The two will work with the firm’s existing team to support, win and execute more specialized assignments.
CenterSquare Investment Management appointed Doug Carpenter to serve in its new role of director and head of data strategy and artificial intelligence. With 20 years of experience working at the intersection of technology, data, artificial intelligence and financial services, Carpenter will expand and standardize the tools CenterSquare uses to accelerate research, improve data distribution and enhance productivity, the company said. Carpenter joins the firm from InvestCloud, where he led enterprise data strategy and AI enablement across multiple product lines.
Real estate development and investment firm Trilogy Investment Co. promoted David Beare to chief investment officer. He joined the firm in 2024 as managing director of structured credit and investments. In his expanded role, he will focus on sourcing new opportunities, strengthen institutional partnerships, and advance long-term growth initiatives, the firm said.
Kidder Mathews added Craig Maturi as a senior vice president and the firm’s Bellevue, Washington, market leader. He leads its asset services business across the Eastside, overseeing portfolio performance, operations and business development, and advises institutional, private, and government clients across property types. Maturi, who has over 20 years of experience, joined Kidder from Urban Renaissance Group.
Arqline, a national property management group owned by Alfred, the parent company of RKW Residential, appointed Alexis Murrell as executive vice president of community marketing and revenue strategy, a new role. Murrell will oversee marketing and revenue strategy across the firm’s existing 50,000-home portfolio, Arqline said. She brings over 15 years of experience to the role, having joined Arqline from LeaseLock.
Nicholas & Associates, the construction management and general contracting division of the Nicholas Family of Cos., appointed Mark Garrison as a vice president. He will help expand the firm in Indiana with Nicholas East, its fourth U.S. office, Nicholas & Associates said. Garrison will lead the company's Westfield Ice Facility project, and support efforts to expand the company’s portfolio throughout the state.
