A group of Cresa real estate brokers from the U.S. and Canada rocked the annual company meeting this spring.

The gathering included Cresa employees from across North America and its global partners at Knight Frank. During an awards dinner during the three-day event, Cresa's band belted out lots of rock 'n' roll.

The group includes Rich Rhodes, managing principal in Cresa’s Washington office, on keyboard, Philadelphia market leader Tony Juliano on lead guitar and Nathan Settembrini, a director of Cresa consultant Analytic Vizion, on acoustic guitar. They teamed with Cresa colleagues including Jamie Grossman, a managing principal in Toronto, who played the drums. And on a few of the band's songs, Liz Roberts, a director in Chicago, and Adam Talbot, a vice president in South Florida, sang vocals as well.

"Everyone really looks forward to their performance every year!!," Cresa executive Alison Scott said in an email. "They play classic songs as well as modern hits :) It’s amazing how much musical talent we have within the company."

The Cresa band also received rave reviews afterward on LinkedIn for its performance at the meeting in Atlanta, with posted comments including “absolute rock stars” and “Can’t tell if that is Tony or Eric Clapton.”
