BlackRock’s Shea and Milner leave as Hillenbrand Partners’ Karnes hired

Richard Shea and Chris Milner, the president and managing director of BlackRock affiliate Anthracite Capital, the US listed real estate debt company which filed for bankruptcy 18 months ago, are leaving the company on 1 December.

Shea has been president of Anthracite since 2004 with responsibility for capital markets activities, while Milner joined in the same year. Both are leaving the bank to pursue other interests, BlackRock confirmed.
