The Lehigh Valley has maintained its position as Pennsylvania's second-most active construction market, trailing the Greater Philadelphia region by a significant margin. While the level of active construction of industrial property is down this year, the proposed pipeline is still strong. And the long list of proposed developments suggests the development pipeline isn’t close to slowing down.
