Vandermolen Real Estate, the boutique residential land and investment agency, has appointed Tom Kerins as associate director from Finn & Company.
He is a MRICS-qualified real estate professional with more than 15 years’ experience. The firm said its recruit brings a "strong track record across commercial and residential investment agency and capital markets".
At his previous firm, Kerins was a director and led more than 50 transactions, totalling over £400 million. During this time he worked with institutional funds, developers, family offices and private investors.
Kerins also has experience of sourcing on- and off-market opportunities, detailed financial underwriting and executing transactions through to completion.
He started his career at Lambert Smith Hampton across capital markets, valuation and agency, working with high-profile clients such as Cerberus Capital Management, the BBC and major UK banks.
Leaders at Vandermolen Real Estate said in a LinkedIn post: "[Kerins] brings deep expertise, further strengthening our platform as we expand into the commercial space alongside our residential focus, enhancing our capabilities in mixed-use assets, where we are seeing increased volumes."
