Investment firms Bain Capital, Columbia Threadneedle and QuinSpark Investment Partners acquired the 957-room Pullman Montparnasse in Paris for €300 million ($355 million) or €313,480 ($370,477) per room, according to CoStar.

Bain Capital completes acquisition of Pullman Paris Montparnasse from URW
It's now a done deal. Bain Capital, in partnership with Columbia Threadneedle and QuinSpark Investment Partners, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Pullman Paris Montparnasse. The 957-room, four-star hotel was sold by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield for just over €300 million, or more than €315,000 per key.
