American entertainment behemoth Live Nation, producer of concerts for numerous international stars, told AFP on Tuesday that it had signed an agreement with Ovalto, the holding company of businessman Jacky Lorenzetti, to acquire Paris La Défense Arena, Europe's largest indoor venue.
