CDC Habitat acquires 8,500 intermediate-income housing units from the government

After completing €4.7 billion in investments in 2025 — a volume equal to that recorded the full previous year — CDC Habitat intends to maintain a steady pace of both acquisitions and divestitures in 2026, as its CEO, Clément Lecuivre, assured Business Immo this spring.
