Savills adds director to property management team

Savills has hired a director with 25 years of senior real estate fund management experience in London.

Stephen Elliott, who joins as director of strategic client solutions, will work in the property and facilities management team, joining from Legal & General, where he was assistant fund manager, real assets.

He also worked for Royal London Asset Management as a senior fund manager, property, for 11 years and had spells at Aviva Investors and F&C Asset Management.

Savills said the recruit will provide "strategic insight into delivering integrated property management services across client portfolios" in his new role, working with customer relationship management and surveying teams mainly.

Katrina McKay, chief operating officer, UK property management at Savills, said in a statement: "We’re very pleased to welcome Stephen to the team. His extensive experience working with institutional investors and deep understanding of client needs will be invaluable as we continue to evolve our market leading property management offering."

Elliott added: "With increasing demand from clients for integrated property management solutions, I look forward to bringing a client-side perspective to help shape strategic planning and enhance service delivery across key portfolios.”

Also this week, Savills made Nick Winter a director in the corporate account management team in its global occupier services platform. He will also be based in London.
