Harbor Group Pays $35.2M for Longfellow Plaza

BlackRock Paid $41M for Connecticut Ave. Office Building Three Years Ago

Harbor Group International acquired Longfellow Plaza, an eight-story office building in the District of Columbia, from an affiliate of BlackRock Realty for $35.2 million, or roughly $280 per square foot, the Virginia-based real estate investment firm said last week.
