Realterm hires head of asset management for UK

Global investment manager Realterm has appointed Sophie Dracup as head of asset management for the UK.

The US-headquartered company, which specialises in transportation and logistics projects, has announced that Dracup will spearhead its leasing and asset management activity in the UK and will be involved in its pan-European occupier relations.

Dracup has several years of asset and leasing management experience, most recently as associate director, asset management at Segro, where she was responsible for its £950 million Greater London portfolio. Prior to this she was at Grosvenor as an asset/leasing manager.

Paul Underwood, managing director, international funds, at Realterm said: “Sophie’s years of asset management experience combined with her comprehensive understanding of industrial markets make her an invaluable addition to Realterm’s European team,Her expertise will play an integral role in implementing our strategic goals in the UK market.”

Realterm has spent 2024 bulking up its European operations. In January, Tamsin Layton joined the firm as head of UK investments.
