Immprove, a French real estate consulting firm, has carried out a study of the commercial real estate market in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region for the first half of 2025. In this market, which includes Bordeaux, only €82 million has been invested since the beginning of the year, representing an annual volume down 19% and 56% below the five-year average for the comparable period.
