Cooper Commercial Investment Group opened its own independent brokerage firm. The new company has opened an office at 6120 Parkland Blvd. in Mayfield Heights, OH. Its specialty is in commercial investment real estate property sales. It will focus on sales of retail, office, medical, office, flex and light industrial properties. The group was formerly part of Cleveland’s NAI Daus. Dan Cooper (pictured) will serve as the president of Cooper Commercial. Cooper was recognized as the top producer at NAI Daus in 2006, 2007 and 2008. He was also honored by Crain’s Business Magazine last year as one of the "Top 20 in their 20s" for being one of the 20 most successful Clevelanders in their 20s.
