Few commercial construction projects are actively under construction today in San Antonio’s Tobin Hill, one of the city’s premier neighborhoods that has had significant development in recent years. Yet, the number of proposed and planned projects remains high, suggesting the existence of pent-up development that could begin anew once interest rates fall.
