Following on from the Solstys (€435m), the Trinity Tower (€360m) and the Renaissance building (€315m), Business Immo has learned that a new large-scale office sale was completed at the start of the2nd half of the year. The Quadrans Est building was sold by Patrick Drahy and Praemia REIM France to CMA-CGM for €290 million in a user sale.
