The Indianapolis investment market is entering 2026 on somewhat firmer footing as transactions rose in a landscape defined by easing rate volatility, improving liquidity and more predictable lending conditions. These shifts helped unlock capital that had been on the sidelines and supported the city’s first annual increase in deal activity since 2021.
