Cluttons, one of the oldest chartered surveyors in the UK, has promoted five senior colleagues to profit share Partners, who will help to support its growth strategy.
Gráinne Gilmore, director of research and insights, becomes a profit share Partner having joined in 2022 to lead the firm's research team.
"She has strengthened the firm’s market profile through shaping its analysis, while supporting colleagues with commercial decision making," Cluttons said.
Emily Hollingworth steps up after playing a central role in shaping the business’ operational and people strategy. As operations director, she also leads the HR function and "ensures the business grows in a coordinated, sustainable way," it said.
Paula Viner also becomes a profit share Partner after leading as the firm's business development and marketing director, where she has helped it grow across infrastructure, residential and commercial.
"She has strengthened internal business development processes and is helping to embed a culture of collaboration and commercial awareness across the business," its bosses said.
Client relationship Partner Philip MacCabe enters the same role after supporting the expansion of the company's digital connectivity capabilities across mobile networks and fibre rollout.
He joined the firm as a client relationship partner in its digital infrastructure team in 2024, moving from telecommunications firm Liberty Global, where he was a senior asset manager.
"He has played a key role in strengthening client relationships and driving growth in this strategically important sector," the firm added.
The final employee made a profit share Partner is IT director Paul Davie, who the company called "instrumental in overseeing the transformation of [its] technology and data infrastructure".
It added that his promotion "reflects the strategic approach he has taken to implement complex change initiatives that have significantly accelerated business transformation and adoption to emerging technologies".
Cluttons CEO John Gravett said in a statement: "We are committed to nurturing talent and supporting progression within Cluttons.
"These promotions reflect the strength of our people and the depth of expertise across the business, and we remain focused on creating an environment where exceptional colleagues can thrive and build long term careers."
In August 2023, Cluttons moved its London office headquarters from its long-term home in the West End to Yarnwicke on Cannon Street in the City.
At the time, the company described its London office move as a "major line in the sand that underpins all of our bold ambitions", with the business targeting growth.
Later that year in December the Partners of the residential and commercial property consultancy completed a management buyout, with private equity investor TREUN Capital enlisted to advise the team.
The consultancy, founded in 1765, also has offices in Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle, Oxford and Reading; as well as a number of residential agency branches across central London and overseas franchises in Lisbon, the Algarve and Malta.
