Ritchie Commercial Real Estate, one of the largest wholly owned regional commercial real estate brokerages in the Bay Area, appointed a new managing director for East Bay. Richard W. Lambert, whose background includes more than 33 years of management experience, will oversee all brokerage operations for the firm's Oakland and Walnut Creek offices.
