Cluttons hires head of Newcastle

Cluttons, one of the oldest firms of chartered surveyors in the UK, has appointed Andrew Rutter as a partner and head of Newcastle, bringing more than 15 years of experience of valuation, estates management, public sector advisory and large‑scale development projects to the firm.
