Commercial real estate services firm Newmark has appointed Peter Constantine as a partner in its UK leisure team.
Based in Cardiff, Newmark said he has extensive expertise working on pubs and licensed premises, as well as broad experience across holiday parks, golf courses and visitor attractions.
"His specialist skill set combines valuation consultancy with agency work, offering a comprehensive approach for leisure sector clients," it added.
The firm said Constantine will draw on his long-standing relationships across the sector and his technical proficiency to help expand its leisure service nationwide.
He joins from Avison Young, where he was head of leisure and spent just under seven years at the business, working in its Cardiff team, having joined its predecessor GVA in 2001, his LinkedIn profile shows.
Dan Anning, head of leisure at Newmark UK, said in a statement: "Peter is a hugely respected figure in the leisure sector, and his deep knowledge of the pubs and licensed market makes him an ideal addition to our national leisure business.
"His appointment represents another step forward in our continued strategy to build broad, sector-leading capabilities across the UK."
Constantine added: "With increased activity expected in leisure markets across 2026, this is an exciting time to be joining. We’re well positioned to provide the insight and advisory support that clients will be looking for as the market evolves."
His arrival follows the recent appointments of Carys Chandler and Leo Llewellyn in Cardiff, in addition to Richard Baldwin in Leeds and Andrew Moore in Manchester.
