So Cal Edison Buys Old Charter Communications Facility

Class B Office Property in Irwindale Trades for $16 Million

Charter Communications sold 4777 Irwindale Ave. in Irwindale to Southern California Edison Co., an Edison International Co., for $16.1 million, or approximately $175 per square foot. Charter Communications closed its operations at the facility, which was its reason for the sale. So Cal Edison bought the property in an owner/user capacity.
