Federal Reserve Bank in OKC Acquired for $5.7M

Oklahoma City Branch Building Traded for $71 PSF

Reserve Partners LLC, principles of GenOne Real Estate Group and MIDCON Cos., acquired the Oklahoma City branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City for $5.68 million. The Federal Reserve Bank sold the 80,000-square-foot building on 226 Dean a McGee Ave. for about $71 per square foot. The acquisition also included a lease for the Federal Reserve to remain in approximately 22,000 square feet of the building.
