The area with the highest concentration of new apartment units underway in the Seattle region is centered around Fairview Avenue and Denny Way. Within two blocks of this intersection, nearly 3,200 units are under construction and scheduled for completion in 2022. More than 1,500 more units are proposed, with planned completion in 2023 and 2024.
