Inéa reported an 8% increase in rental income in H1 2025, to €41.1m. "The slight drop in revenues between the first and second quarters of 2025 is due to the fall in rental guarantees (€0.4 million) and IFRS16 entries for the deferral of rent-free periods (€0.5 million)," says the property company headed by Philippe Rosio via a press release.
