14 rue Paul-Barruel, in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, is about to change its face, once again. Built in 1916 as an industrial building, the asset, which was converted in the 1980s into offices occupied by a government ministry, will soon be transformed into an appart'hotel, offering 120 apartments and a rooftop overlooking the Eiffel Tower, under the pen of architecture firm A26.
