CB Richard Ellis of Long Island and TRITEC Real Estate will develop Phase II: 102 Motor Parkway, which will be the "sister" building of 100 Motor Parkway, located in Hauppauge, Long Island. The new building, which has a projected completion date of early next year, will be on the adjoining site of 100 Motor Parkway. This will be a 200,000-square-foot, Class A office building, which will contain many of the same amenities as 100 Motor Parkway.
