Hyatt Hotel Corp. recently opened the 45-story Hyatt Regency Seattle, one of the tallest hotels in the Pacific Northwest. Located at 808 Howell Street in downtown Seattle, the 1,260-room hotel opened on Dec. 10, eclipsing the 34-story, 1,236-room Seattle Sheraton.
