Braxton AM takes over the headquarters of a publishing house in Neuilly

The transaction was closed recently. Braxton AM has acquired the headquarters of a publishing house in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The 785 m² building is located at 118 avenue Achille Peretti. It was occupied by the Michel Lafon publishing house, which has moved to 14 boulevard de la Madeleine, in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. This family-owned group, which could bring in a minority partner to its capital before the end of 2025, according to our colleagues at La Lettre, has therefore decided to sell its head office.
