LaSalle Investment Management, the global real estate investment manager, has promoted Alexandre Arhuis-Grumbach to head of transactions Europe core and core-plus strategies.
In the newly created role Arhuis-Grumbach will oversee all transactions across LaSalle’s core and core-plus commingled funds, including the firm’s flagship Encore+ fund, and custom accounts in Europe.
It means the core and core-plus transactions teams across the UK and continental Europe will report into Arhuis-Grumbach, who will in turn report into LaSalle’s Head of Europe, Philip La Pierre.
Arhuis-Grumbach is promoted from his previous role of head of Encore+ transactions, having started at LaSalle more than 13 years ago. He joined the firm as a financial analyst on a pan-European value-add fund, before becoming an acquisitions manager in France.

Arhuis-Grumbach has a MSc in Civil Engineering from the French university ESTP and a MSc in Real Estate Management from Glasgow Caledonian University. He is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
