The Pennmark Sells for $240 Million

Stonehenge Partners Buys 582,270 SF in Manhattan

The Pennmark is a 35-story luxury apartment building with 86,000 square feet of retail space. It was sold for $240 million, or about $412 per square foot, in an off market transaction to a partnership of Ofer Yardeni and Joel Seiden of Stonehenge Partners. This is the second largest single-asset sale in Manhattan second only to the $418 million sale of the 845-unit the Sheffield.
