Lismore Real Estate Advisors has promoted Chrissie Clancy-Crofts to senior surveyor in its Edinburgh-based team.

Clancy-Crofts started at Lismore in 2022 as part of a work experience programme while studying and then joined the firm in November 2024.

"She quickly became an integral part of the business, contributing to a number of key transactions while building strong client relationships that have supported the firm’s continued success," leaders at the consultancy said.

In her new role, she will take on increased responsibility and help to support the firm's strategic initiatives. Her promotion comes as the business celebrates its sixth anniversary this year.

Clancy-Crofts said: "I am thrilled to step into this new role at such an exciting time for Lismore. I have really had the opportunity to grow within the business and I look forward to continuing to support our clients and contributing to the firm’s bright future."

Lismore director Colin Finlayson added: "We identified Chrissie as a rising star during her time with us as a work experience student and have been keen to support her development ever since.

"She has built strong technical and analytical skills, demonstrates excellent problem-solving ability and has developed a great rapport with her clients. This promotion is thoroughly deserved."
