Kidder Mathews Chairman and CEO Bill Frame was recognized as one of the country's top chief executives by CEO Today magazine. Frame is one of three CEOs to be honored in the CEO USA Awards and the only winner in the commercial real estate industry.

The accolade is designed to recognize executives who exhibit leadership, strategic vision and innovation in their fields.

“Bill Frame has reshaped the landscape of the real estate sector through his leadership at Kidder Mathews," CEO Today said in a statement announcing the winners. "With his extensive industry expertise and progressive approach, Bill has successfully navigated the company through various phases of growth, adapting effectively to the ever-changing market.”

Under Frame’s leadership, Seattle-based Kidder Mathews' revenue increased 65% between 2020 and 2022 despite pandemic headwinds. He said his firm's workers are a big reason for his own success and that of the brokerage: “Our employees/agents and clients want to work with people that they know, like, and trust, and that is the culture that we strive for every day at Kidder Mathews."

Kidder Mathews has been expanding its brokerage teams across the West including in Phoenix, where it just hired Zach Harris from Amazon to serve on Kidder's healthcare team.

Frame joined Kidder Mathews in 1993. Before his current executive roles, he was a top-producing broker at the firm, specializing in corporate real estate, healthcare, office and investment properties throughout the Puget Sound region.
