Developers MRP Realty and Creek Lane Capital recently announced Nashville’s newest mixed-use project, dubbed River North. Expected to break ground in early 2020, Phase I of the site plan would create a 13-acre, 1.3 million-square-foot community that includes more than 600 apartment units, 85,000 square feet of retail space and roughly 50,000 square feet of creative office space.
