Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Sally Allsop as a partner in its national valuation and advisory team.
Allsop will be based in the firm’s Manchester office where she will be part of the North West team led by Chad Davies. She will work across industrial, office and retail valuations.
In her previous role, Allsop was an associate in the valuations team at Cluttons for around 5 years. During this time she focused on secured lending and helped grow the business’ presence in the north.
Prior to this she worked at Lambert Smith Hampton alongside Davies.

This follows recent hires to the valuations team at the firm, including living sector specialists Paul Winstanley and Beth Hill, Clare Clarke who focuses on central London and Rob Pritchard who deals with logistics and industrial.
The firm has also promoted Lucy Foulds to partner in Edinburgh and has hired Eleanor Furness as an associate in the retail valuations team.
Cushman & Wakefield’s UK Valuation & Advisory team advises investors, developers, and debt providers across commercial, living and alternative markets. It is advising on around £400 billion of assets a year.
