St. John's Expands in Corporate Hill

St. John's Mercy Health Care subleased 13,036 square feet in Corporate Hill IV, located at 12800 Corporate Hill Drive, in Des Peres, MO. National-Louis University offered the sublease, which runs through January 2007. Through this newly acquired 2nd floor office space, St. John's expands on its existing 56,000-square-foot lease on the 2nd-4th floors of this 6-story, 182,723-square-foot facility. Mark Kohl and George Convy of CB Richard Ellis represented National-Louis University. St. John's Mercy Health was represented in-house.
