The State Compensation Insurance Fund expanded its downtown San Francisco office by leasing an additional 38,410 square feet at 303 Second St. The Fund signed a 3-year deal for the 7th floor office space located in the South Tower, bringing its total occupancy to 58,223 square feet. The two-tower, 10-story, 700,000-square-foot, Class-A office building was constructed in 1988. The State Compensation Insurance Fund is California's largest provider of workers' compensation insurance with approximately 262,000 policyholders.
