Insurance Fund Expands in Downtown S.F.

State Compensation Insurance Fund Leases Additional 38,410 SF at 303 Second St.

The State Compensation Insurance Fund expanded its downtown San Francisco office by leasing an additional 38,410 square feet at 303 Second St. The Fund signed a 3-year deal for the 7th floor office space located in the South Tower, bringing its total occupancy to 58,223 square feet. The two-tower, 10-story, 700,000-square-foot, Class-A office building was constructed in 1988. The State Compensation Insurance Fund is California's largest provider of workers' compensation insurance with approximately 262,000 policyholders. William Hogland with CB Richard Ellis in San Francisco represented the tenant. John Cecconi and Bryan Ivie with The CAC Group in San Francisco represented the landlord, Ellis Partners.
