3-Building Portfolio Exchanged for 18-Building Denver Campus

Rocky Mountain College of Arts & Design (RMCAD) purchased 1600 Pierce St. in Lakewood, CO, from American Medical Center. As part of this 1031 exchange transaction, Rocky Mountain then sold a 3-building portfolio located in Lakewood and Denver to Public Service Employees Credit Union. The combined value of the transactions was $9.1 million.
