The Pleyel Towers, a legacy of the past with an eye to the future

Every operation has its twists and turns, from time immemorial. Flashback: in 1969, a project to build four office towers on the historic site of the Pleyel piano factory was intended to be the first conversion of the district. But then came the oil crisis, and only one tower was to see the light of day: the emblematic and historic Tour Pleyel, 100% tertiary, gradually acquired between 2008 and 2015 by Pleyel Investissement, a subsidiary of the insurance company AFI ESCA-Groupe Burrus.
