Pine Creek Golf Club Sells for $3.75M

Championship Course in Colorado Springs is Purchased

The championship golf course located at 9850 Divot Trail in Colorado Springs, CO, was purchased for $3.75 million. Completed in 1987, the public par-72 course features a new 7,500-square-foot clubhouse that was constructed in 2000, and sits on approximately 205 acres of land. The course is located within the Briargate Master Planned Community in northern Colorado Springs. The sale included all furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Jim Dignan of Fuller & Co. represented the buyer, Escalante Golf-Pine Creek LP. The seller, La Plata Investments LLC, was represented in-house.
