Fernmoor, a New Jersey-based developer with an established portfolio of residential communities in Pennsylvania and Delaware, marked a major construction milestone with the first residential apartment buildings now under construction at The Shops @ Rockvale, where it is introducing housing, and additional retail, dining and entertainment options as part of a $100 million redevelopment site of the shopping center.
