Mignatti Buys Land For New Development

Mignatti Enterprises Inc. purchased eight acres of land located on Route 611 near Route 73 in Cheltenham Township, Elkins Park, PA for a little less than $1 million. The buyer plans to transform the site into a high-end town home development, designated as Bryer Court, which will include 38 homes. Paul French of Binswanger/CBB represented the seller, Boy Scouts of America Cradle of Liberty Council. The Cradle of Liberty Council was created in 1996 and is the third largest scouting council in the United States.
