Pleasant/Hawthorne, NY for $13.6 million, or $109.93 per square foot. Mack-Cali, one of the nation's leading REITs, purchased its 68.1% interest for $9.26 million, while the remaining 39.9% interest in the property was purchased by Taro Pharmaceuticals USA Inc., a Mack-Cali tenant. The three-story masonry and glass building is part of the prestigious Mid-Westchester Executive Park. The acquisition of 3 Skyline Drive brings Mack-Cali's total holdings in Mid-Westchester Executive Park to 14 buildings, totaling over one million square feet.
